Prices terms and conditions.

I work from home (Zuid Holland in the Netherlands) so my prices are competitive and are based on the amount of time it’ll take me to complete your work. As a general rule, I charge £50 an hour. A 400-word press release from scratch is £200 and I’ll continue to work with you through the approval process until you’re satisfied with it, to a maximum of three sets of amends or drafts.

If you want me to edit something you have already prepared, or to check the English is good, I’ll charge less than my writing fee, but please discuss this with me. How long it will take depends on the original version.

If the subject is complex, I’ll recommend an on-site meeting and will also charge for my time while I’m there, plus the miles I drive to get to you, but won’t charge you for the time it takes me to get there.

I’ll deliver the final version of your material by email and invoice you at the same time. I’m not a huge corporation; I’m a one-man band so I’d appreciate prompt payment. That way, if you need something doing quickly next time, I’m more likely to jump to your aid.

Once you have paid me, the copyright to the material belongs to you. All work will therefore remain within my copyright until it is paid for in full.
